Séptimo Opens at Four Seasons Hotel Miami with Elevated Cocktails, Refined Bites, and a Contemporary Take on Classic Mixology
May 13, 2026

Located on the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Miami, the newly opened Séptimo introduces a refined new cocktail destination to Brickell, blending the elegance of classic mixology with a distinctly modern Miami perspective.

Designed as an intimate escape above the city, Séptimo embraces the ritual of cocktail culture through a space that feels both timeless and contemporary. Velvet drapery, ambient lighting, polished silver accents, and curated artwork create an atmosphere that balances old-world glamour with modern sophistication, while a rotating music program featuring live performances and DJs further shapes the experience throughout the week.

At the center of the concept is Beverage Director Jacopo Rosito, whose cocktail program pays homage to the Golden Age of bartending while introducing inventive techniques and seasonal ingredients. Signature creations include the award-winning Elmy’s Margarita and Tomato & Vine, alongside elevated classics such as the Séptimo Martini and Oyster Martini. One of the standout experiences on the menu is the Café Caribe, the bar’s interpretation of an espresso martini, theatrically prepared tableside in a traditional cafetera with a veil of smoke.

“With Séptimo, we wanted to create a cocktail experience that feels anchored in tradition yet expressive of today,” said Rosito. “Each cocktail is built on classic foundations, but reinterpreted with ingredients and techniques that reflect both seasonality and a sense of place.”

Complementing the cocktail menu is a curated culinary offering by Executive Chef Edouard DePlus, featuring dishes designed for both casual indulgence and elevated dining. Highlights include Luana’s Polpette al Pomodoro, inspired by Rosito’s mother’s homemade recipe, as well as the Séptimo Burger, Brioche Lobster Roll, Tuna Carpaccio, and playful luxury bites such as Poulet & Caviar and Jamón Croquetas with romesco sauce. For dessert, the Crêpes Suzette is flambéed tableside, adding an element of classic dining theater to the experience.

Open daily from 3PM to midnight, Séptimo offers a destination equally suited for aperitifs, late-night cocktails, intimate gatherings, and private celebrations, further expanding the evolving hospitality landscape of Brickell.
