After-work drinks just got an upgrade in Brickell. Perched on the 54th floor of 830 Brickell, Seia has introduced its new Aperitivo Hour, bringing the timeless Italian tradition of pre-dinner drinks and bites to Miami’s financial district.
Available Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., the experience invites guests to unwind with handcrafted cocktails, curated wines, and elevated Italian small plates while taking in sweeping views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay.
Developed through the partnership between The Bastion Collection and OKO Group, Seia blends contemporary Italian cuisine with refined hospitality in one of Brickell’s most striking dining destinations.
The Aperitivo Hour menu features $13 signature cocktails, including the Hugo Spritz, Aperol Spritz, Espresso Martini, and Mezcal Paloma, alongside $9 wines by the glass.
To complement the beverage program, guests can enjoy a selection of Italian-inspired bites from Seia’s culinary team. Highlights include Polpette al Pomodoro, Seia Crudo, Fritto Misto, Salumi & Formaggi, and Charcoal-Grilled Artichokes, among other seasonal offerings.
