Situated in the sophisticated hotel’s sleek lobby, the bar has undergone a stunning redesign worth $200,000. This transformation includes an expanded seating capacity of 127 guests, divided into 45 bar seats, 16 dining seats, and 66 continental seats. The updated look embraces a modern aesthetic with striking details inspired by the vibrant blues, dazzling golds, and rich earthy tones found in the lush surroundings of Biscayne Bay. From the bar’s glamorous vantage point, guests can admire the iconic views and savor their dining and drinking experiences in a spacious and inviting setting. Whether visiting for lunch or dinner, patrons can now delight in the renovated interior’s contemporary allure while appreciating the natural beauty that surrounds them.
To celebrate the stunning transformation of MO Bar + Lounge, a fresh selection of exquisitely inventive cocktails has been introduced. Crafted with top-quality ingredients, these cocktails offer bar patrons the opportunity to embark on a delightful journey through Miami with nine delightfully whimsical and indulgent beverages. By combining prosecco with a homemade syrup made from lychee and hibiscus, and adding a dash of elderflower liquor, this cocktail captures the essence of an urban oasis.
Design District: Drawing inspiration from the vibrant neighborhood that seamlessly combines high-end fashion brands and a thriving culinary landscape, this concoction of tequila, white verjus, peach liqueur, and jalapeno is meticulously crafted to cater to the most refined palates. Here, espresso and guava leather—flavors found at any of Calle Ocho’s popular ventanitas—are intertwined with a splash of Liquor 43 and Kahlua followed by rum and vodka, creating a cocktail that reflects the origins of the Caribbean country that made their way to the mainland.
Miami Beach: Home to instantly recognizable pastel-hued Art Deco architecture and buzzing nightlife where models mingle with movie stars on any given night, one could say Miami Beach adds the “glam” to Miami’s quintessential glamorous life. MO Bar + Lounge’s mix of smoky mezcal, tangy passionfruit, lime, jalapeno, and tajin proves a worthy ode to the city known for its spicy sensuality and hot social scene.
Wynwood: Lined with brazenly designed walls whose dazzling graffiti murals helped put Miami on the map as an international art hub, this urban oasis is a place where creativity and intricate design meet. To enhance the overall experience provided at the renowned bar, the brand will also showcase an expanded lunch menu featuring exciting options for guests to enjoy alongside their signature cocktails. Customers can choose from a variety of elevated appetizers that are perfect for bar settings, such as Burrata Toast made with artisan bread, creamy burrata, prosciutto, pesto, heirloom tomato, arugula, and balsamic glaze. Additionally, there is a Cheese and charcuterie Board for two, served with fig jam, grissini breadsticks, grain mustard, crackers, and mixed nuts. The menu also includes a selection of fresh salads with protein enhancements and delicious sandwiches like the classic MO Turkey Club, which consists of roasted turkey breast, smoked bacon, bibb lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, and avocado aioli.
Expanding the lunchtime options is a selection of unique dishes that perfectly complement the overall menu. These offerings include the irresistible Truffle Honey Grilled Cheese, a delightful combination of flavors created with artisan bread, Comté and aged cheddar cheese, arugula, basil, and a drizzle of truffle honey that adds a touch of luxury to every bite.
A portion of the proceeds from this rich and creamy sandwich will be donated to support the efforts of His House Children’s Home, an organization established in 1987 to provide assistance to children who are unable to safely live with their parents. Additionally, there are other exciting additions to the menu called the “MO Signature Specials.” These include Dan Dan Noodles made with ground pork, Sichuan sauce, spicy chili crisp, peanuts, wheat noodles, and Bok choy; Spicy Tuna Bao served with crispy onions, togarashi, avocado aioli, and spicy mayo; and a classic Bento Box featuring salmon teriyaki, jasmine rice, tuna sashimi, Asian slaw, vegetable gyozas, miso soup, and matcha milk cake for a delightful dessert.
Every evening, MO Bar + Lounge offers a discounted social hour menu featuring expertly crafted cocktails and wine.
