Le Jardinier Miami and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Host Exclusive Wine Dinners with Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and Domaine La Bouche du Roi
May 8, 2026

This May, The Bastion Collection invites Miami’s culinary and wine enthusiasts to experience two intimate evenings dedicated to exceptional gastronomy and world-renowned wine producers at its Design District sister concepts, Le Jardinier Miami and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon.

Bringing together acclaimed chefs, celebrated vineyards, and thoughtfully curated tasting menus, both dinners promise immersive dining experiences centered around craftsmanship, storytelling, and terroir.

Celebrating the Legacy of Napa Valley at Le Jardinier

On Thursday, May 14, Le Jardinier Miami will partner with Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars for an exclusive five-course wine dinner commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the historic Judgment of Paris — the legendary blind tasting that transformed global perceptions of American wine.

Hosted at a communal table alongside the restaurant’s bar, the evening will feature a seasonal tasting menu by Chefs James Friedberg and Mario Da Silva, designed to complement a lineup of iconic wines from the acclaimed Napa Valley producer.

Guiding guests through the experience will be Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Winemaker Marcus Notaro, who will present a four-vintage vertical tasting of S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon, including the newly released 2023 vintage grown in the same vineyard that produced the celebrated 1973 wine that helped shape Napa Valley’s place in wine history.

The evening’s menu will include dishes such as dorade crudo, seared diver scallop, lamb saddle, beef short rib, and Le Jardinier’s signature butterfly dessert, each paired to highlight the complexity and elegance of the wines.

The dinner will take place from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and is priced at $350 per person. For Reservations you can visit RESY

A Taste of Versailles at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon

The evening prior, on Wednesday, May 13, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon will host a one-night-only wine dinner in collaboration with Domaine La Bouche du Roi, offering guests a rare opportunity to explore the revived winemaking heritage of Versailles.

The six-course prix-fixe experience, crafted by Executive Chef James Friedberg, will pair refined seasonal cuisine with five wines from the historic estate, whose vineyards once supplied the royal court of Louis XIV.

Once considered among the most celebrated vineyards in France before disappearing in the late 19th century, the Île-de-France terroir has been reimagined by Domaine La Bouche du Roi through wines that emphasize freshness, minerality, and structure, shaped by the region’s limestone-rich soil.

The tasting menu will feature dishes including Diver Scallop, White Asparagus, Halibut, Crispy Duck Breast, and Mango Caramel Mille-feuille, thoughtfully designed to complement the character and elegance of each wine pairing.

The dinner will take place from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM and is priced at $450 per person.

Together, the two experiences showcase The Bastion Collection’s continued dedication to elevated hospitality, offering Miami diners a rare opportunity to explore celebrated wine regions through immersive, chef-driven culinary experiences.
