The menu showcases six courses featuring their most popular dishes since opening. On Tuesday, October 15th at 8 PM, Dominican rum meets Italian flavors in a mixology class and 3-course dinner. This unique event promises to tantalize taste buds with a carefully selected range of premium rums and cocktails expertly matched with a gourmet meal created by Neapolitan Chef Marco Giugliano.
This exclusive class, limited to 12 guests, teaches the art of crafting three custom cocktails paired with Dōma’s modern Italian cuisine. Participants will explore rum’s rich history and diverse flavors across three courses. A Brugal ambassador will guide the cocktail-making process, sharing insights on the rum’s origins and pairing philosophy. This immersive experience combines mixology skills with a culinary journey, offering a unique blend of Italian gastronomy and Caribbean spirits.
The evening includes a welcome drink, appetizer, three dishes, and three Brugal rum cocktails. The menu features a Hamachi Crudo with Ponzu, topped with edamame, avocado and onion mousses, shishito pepper, raspberry dust, and crisp bread. Next, a Filet Mignon with Black Truffle Crust comes with baby corn, celery root puree, basil sauce, porcini aioli, eggplant and mozzarella roll in port wine sauce. Dessert is a Dark Dōma, a chocolate mousse cake with passion fruit, raspberry chocolate bits, and house-made coconut sorbet.
