Aerobanquets RMX mixed-reality art and culinary experience: Monday, November 28-Friday, December 4
Superblue and Meta Open Arts have partnered to present Aerobanquets RMX by Mattia Casalegno as a special activation at Superblue Miami during Miami Art Week 2022, from November 28 to December 4. Aerobanquets RMX is an innovative mixed-reality art and culinary experience that engages all of the senses. Groups of up to 16 guests enter a space designed by Casalegno that evokes a dining room set in the future. Donning Meta Quest 2 VR headsets, they embark on a journey narrated by top chef Gail Simmons that brings both art and food into a new dimension. Tickets range from $58 (daytime) to $200 (evening) per person and are on sale now at superblue.com/aero. Surface x Polygon: Art Meets Web3 Bungalow @ W South Beach
Surface Magazine, the voice of contemporary arts and culture, and Polygon, the web3 scaling platform empowering artists to blend physical and digital creative, welcomes guests to the ‘Phygital world’ at the iconic W South Beach. The beachside bungalow will offer an immersive, art-forward mecca for innovative discovery with installations by MokiBaby, OffLimits, Spatial Labs, LNQ and Prism Collective – allowing art goers the opportunity to experience the fusion of design, lifestyle, and tech in the digital and traditional, physical space.
Channeling the famous salons of 19th and 20th century Paris, when the aristocracy mingled with artists and writers to exchange ideas, showcase work, and socialize, Surface and Polygon will also co-host a series of salon-style discussions focused on thought-provoking topics in the web3 creative space including DAOs and artist collectives, tech-integrated advances in the fashion space, and sustainability. ATOMIK Live Art Showcase and Hand-Painted Uniform Collaboration with Lucy Glaser at LPM Restaurant & Bar
In celebration of Art Basel week, LPM Restaurant & Bar has partnered with renowned Miami street artist, ATOMIK, who will create several, one-of-a-kind canvas paintings at LPM Miami. Famous for his iconic orange character, the art installation will combine ATOMIK’s unmistakable street-style with influences from LPM’s stylish design and French Mediterranean cuisine. Additionally, the large-scale, canvases will be available for the public to view at LPM throughout the entire week and beyond. Throughout Art Week, LPM team members will also be adorned with original, hand-painted uniforms by local Miami artist, Lucy Glaser, who specializes in hand-painting clothing in a playful and maximalist style. Art After Dark at COTE Miami
From Thursday, December 1 through Friday, December 9, renowned private collectors will join together for the first time ever to showcase their world-class pieces at COTE Miami. The Secret Garden with La Grande Dame by Veuve Clicquot at Michelin-Starred Le Jardinier
Le Jardinier Miami in collaboration with LVMH-owned Champagne house Veuve Clicquot have created The Secret Garden with La Grande Dame by Veuve Cliquot, offering a melocally sourced vegetables complemented by the crisp taste of La Grande Dame Champagne. The space will be decked in lush, produce-driven décor, inspired by the freshness and flavorful scents and sights of the French countryside.
This new popup is part of La Grande Dame’s Garden Gastronomy epicurean experience, focusing on Miami’s bounty of vegetables, herbs, and fresh fruits. The Secret Garden will be open for reservations, with special activations times for Art Week. from November 29th to December 4th.

ART MIAMI + CONTEXT
Art Miami, which year-over-year has been a central component of Miami Art Week and played a major role in establishing the city of Miami as a cultural hub, is returning to Miami Art Week, along with sister fair CONTEXT Art Miami. It Opens to the public on November 30thh and runs through Sunday, December 4, 2022. CONTEXT Art Miami’s 10th edition will provide the ultimate platform for mid-career, emerging and cutting-edge artists presented by new and established galleries. The combination of Art Miami and CONTEXT Art Miami will feature over 215 galleries from 17 countries, and will provide established and budding collectors the opportunity to acquire a vast array of iconic works from world renowned artists, as well as groundbreaking works from emerging artists, at the prestigious Fairs. A TASTE OF ART, A MANDARIN ORIENTAL & ARTIST JHON COLLINGWOOD COLLABORATION WITH DRUMSHANBO GUNPOWDER IRISH GIN AND AUBI & RAMSA
Mandarin Oriental Miami In partnership with Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin and Aubi & Ramsa presents “A Taste of Art” a special exhibit taking place Dec 1- 4 showcase the curated works of artist John Collingwood, an international beverage consultant who has created a set of 17 paintings. As part of the engaging experience, guests can indulge in a visual and tasty feast with an experience meant to showcase the intricate, creative elements that constitute the perfect cocktail, dish and artwork. Collingwood’s paintings will be prominently displayed throughout the luxury property, including the hotel’s popular MO Bar + Lounge; Collingwood paints cocktails in geometrical shapes and forms including four paintings inspired by his love of classic gin-based cocktails: the Dry Martini; Negroni; Clover Club; and French 75. To mark the occasion, MO Bar + Lounge will offer prime viewing of the artworks paired with tastings of three of the gin-based cocktails using Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin. In addition, MO Bar + Lounge will highlight The Martinez, a classic cocktail highly regarded at the precursor to the Martini. Here, it will include the addition of blood orange juice.
Taking a cue from the highlighted cocktail offering, a third element of the programming is the introduction of a daily activation by Aubi & Ramsa, where a specially created ice cream flavor inspired by the Martinez will be available for tastings each day of the exhibit at the brand’s ideally-situated location within the luxury hotel’s elegant lobby. Handcrafted in small batches, Drumshambo Gunpowder Irish Gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur, bitters and blood orange create a blissful union with the creamy texture of the product, resulting in a refreshing way to enjoy a wonderfully multifaceted presentation to activate the senses and view art in a new way.
1 Hotel South Beach Eternal Heart x Iridescent Atmosphere
Diners at Beach Club will enjoy an immersive experience filled with art, entertainment, and live beats. Multimedia artwork from artist Artem Mirolevich’s Eternal Heart will be on display, which explores the inner cosmos of human beings, as biological machines made to serve a higher purpose of elevating mind over body. While you dine, body painted ballerinas will emerge from his artwork for a live whimsical performance. Guests will also be able to view Iridescent Atmospheres, a series of abstract images taken around the Yucatan Peninsula by photographer Ruvan Wijesooriya through a meditative Virtual Reality experience. The images place the viewer into Ruvan’s gaze into the skies, through the plants, and over the sea. The work aims to give participants a personal journey to create space between thoughts in a timeless setting. While guests experience the images as an animated journey, a tranquil soundtrack created by Gabriel Andruzzi from The Rapture will play in the background. This Art Basel, don’t just view the art, go where you can create it yourself. Exclusively at Zuma Miami, the famed Japanese eatery will kick off Art Basel with an interactive painting experience in collaboration with contemporary street artist SeekOne on December 1st. After learning all the ins and outs of painting from SeekOne himself, guests will then apply these newly learned skills in real time to a community 6ft canvas piece in the lounge area.
