A Cultural Experience: Live Calligraphy & Entertainment

These unique, hand-crafted souvenirs will be gifted to guests, allowing them to take a piece of Japan home with them.
The cultural immersion continues with live Japanese entertainment, inspired by its sister concept Jaya. The courtyard stage at Japón will come alive with rotating performances, including traditional Geisha-style shows and more, making every Temaki Night an unforgettable sensory journey.
The menu, led by Executive Chef Vijayudu Veena and Executive Sous-Chef Iván Monzón, combines traditional Japanese techniques with contemporary flair. Highlights include elevated sushi and sashimi, as well as signature dishes like Chilean Sea Bass with charred tomato miso. Complementing the cuisine is an impressive selection of sake, inventive cocktails, and an exceptional wine list.
Japón’s beauty and culinary excellence have not gone unnoticed; the restaurant has earned a spot on the Prix Versailles 2025 list of the World’s Most Beautiful Restaurants, further cementing its status as both a design and dining destination in Miami Beach.
