🪴 Meet Julieth Ospina: the Art of creation
Julieth Ospina, began her journey in Bogotá, Colombia, and was shaped by the vibrant culture of Venezuela. Nine years ago, she left her home behind to pursue her dreams in Miami, starting with a scholarship in Culinary Arts. However, it was the art of mixology that truly captured her heart.
At Jolene, Julieth crafts cocktails that reflect her Colombian roots and her Miami present. Each drink tells a story, blending flavors like a form of art. Beyond bartending, Julieth explores her creativity through ceramics and photography, which inspire her cocktail creations.
For Julieth, bartending has become a gateway to a new family. Her colleagues, a diverse group of fellow dreamers and creators, have become her support system, cheering her on through every success and standing by her through every challenge
A proud Latina, Julieth actively celebrates her heritage, she actively participates in local Hispanic cultural events, collaborating with fellow artists and entrepreneurs to showcase the rich tapestry of Latin American heritage, especially during Hispanic Heritage Month, creating cocktails that honor her culture year-round. Her journey is one of passion, creativity, and the fusion of cultures. ¡Salud!
