Beginning at 11:30 a.m., the festivities kick off with an outdoor Aperol Spritz Cart, where guests can sip on classic or frozen Aperol Spritzes for $10 while soaking up the summer atmosphere. Those looking to fully embrace the aperitivo lifestyle can opt for $30 bottomless Aperol Spritzes (available for two hours) at both DC Pie Co. and its neighboring cocktail bar, Dom’s, making it one of Brickell’s best weekend deals.
Adding a refreshing twist to the celebration, DC Pie Co. has partnered with Miami-based Aubi & Ramsa, known for its premium spirit-infused frozen desserts, to debut an exclusive Aperol Spritz Float. The limited-edition treat features a Blood Orange Aperol-infused sorbet topped with prosecco, served from a dedicated outdoor ice cream cart for one day only.
The celebration wouldn’t be complete without a culinary creation inspired by the occasion. Debuting exclusively for National Spritz Day is the Aperol Hot Honey Pie, a seasonal pizza topped with fresh mozzarella, ricotta, prosciutto, orange zest, Aperol-infused hot honey, and fresh basil. Designed to capture the bright, citrus-forward flavors of summer, the limited-time pie offers a creative take on the classic sweet-and-spicy combination.
One lucky guest will also have the opportunity to discover the event’s coveted Golden Spritz. Hidden among the day’s cocktails, the winning drink will be garnished with a Golden Orange Pick, redeemable for bottomless Aperol Spritzes every day for an entire year, along with a limited-edition Aperol Hot Honey Pie.
