Yamashiro Miami Unveils Natsu No Brunch, a Summer-Inspired Rooftop Experience
June 27, 2026

Summer has officially arrived at Yamashiro Miami, and with it comes a refreshed Sunday brunch experience. Perched on the ninth floor of Gale Miami Hotel & Residences, the Japanese rooftop destination has introduced Natsu No Brunch, a seasonal menu that celebrates bold flavors, premium ingredients, and elevated dining with panoramic views of Downtown Miami.

Available every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the new brunch offering expands Yamashiro’s signature menu with an impressive selection of new savory dishes, specialty sushi, handcrafted cocktails, and indulgent desserts.

Among the standout additions is the 32-ounce Wagyu Porterhouse, fire-grilled and finished with a rich peppercorn Japanese whisky sauce. Seafood lovers can enjoy the Black Cod, marinated in yuzu-saikyo miso and served with hijikami, or the vibrant Ceviche Amarillo, a Nikkei-style mixed ceviche accompanied by a bright ginger leche de tigre.

The menu also welcomes hearty new entrées including Australian Lamb Chops served with cucumber salad and the Iberico Secreto Steak, featuring premium acorn-fed Iberian pork.

One of the highlights of the seasonal refresh is the expanded rice pot selection. Alongside the popular Tamago Hot Pot, guests can now choose from Wild Mushroom, Iberico Pork, A5 Wagyu, or King Crab Rice Pot, finished with a luxurious ikura beurre blanc.

Yamashiro’s sushi program also receives a notable upgrade with specialty nigiri creations such as the Wagyu & Foie, glazed with soy honey, and the elegant Toro Caviar, finished with shiso nikiri and osetra caviar.

Brunch wouldn’t be complete without dessert, and Natsu No Brunch delivers with playful Japanese-inspired sweets. New Tokyo Sandos, made with locally sourced shokupan, are offered in two varieties: Crème Brûlée with seasonal berry compote and house-made pastry cream, or Strawberry with fresh Florida strawberries and chantilly cream. Guests can also indulge in the Sweet Endings platter featuring the chef’s signature desserts, mochi, and seasonal fruit, or finish with the delicate Azuki Pavlova layered with meringue and miso caramel.

To complement the menu, Yamashiro introduces three refreshing summer cocktails: the citrus-forward Japanrita with tequila, grapefruit, and agave; a sparkling Limoncello Spritz with shiso and strawberry gelée; and a classic Peach Bellini made with ripe peaches and prosecco.

Of course, longtime brunch favorites remain available, including the signature Yamashiro Burger, Steak & Eggs, the Australian Wagyu Tomahawk, the interactive tableside Coffee and Matcha Igloo cart, and the restaurant’s extensive sushi and sashimi selection.

Whether you’re planning a leisurely Sunday with friends or looking to elevate your weekend dining routine, Natsu No Brunch offers a fresh seasonal experience that blends Japanese culinary craftsmanship with one of Miami’s most striking rooftop settings.
