Sexy Fish Miami Elevates Thursdays With the Launch of “Champagne & Pearls”

Luxury dining and late-night indulgence collide at Sexy Fish Miami with the debut of Champagne & Pearls, a new weekly Thursday night experience launching May 14 at 9 PM.

Designed as a glamorous late-night dinner party where “too much is exactly enough,” Champagne & Pearls transforms Sexy Fish Miami into a shimmering celebration of champagne, caviar, live entertainment, and theatrical dining.

At the center of the experience is an elevated pairing menu featuring Laurent-Perrier Champagne alongside premium Oscietra caviar service. Guests can indulge in curated combinations including Laurent Perrier La Cuvée NV paired with 30g of Oscietra caviar, Laurent Perrier Blanc de Blancs with caviar service, and the ultra-luxurious Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle No. 27 pairing for a more decadent evening. Additional 50g and 125g caviar enhancements are also available for guests looking to elevate the experience even further.

But beyond the champagne towers and caviar service, Sexy Fish’s late-night culinary menu offers an extravagant selection of signature dishes designed for indulgent group dining and high-energy evenings.

The restaurant’s sushi and raw bar program features premium selections such as O-Toro Fatty Tuna, Hokkaido Uni Sea Urchin, Botan Ebi Spotted Prawn, and Sexy Fish’s signature sushi platter featuring an assortment of nigiri, maki, and sashimi. Guests can also indulge in elevated maki rolls including Toro & Caviar, King Crab California, and Hamachi & Yuzu Truffle.

For those looking for something more substantial, the robata grill menu includes dishes like Spicy Beef Tenderloin with ginger and black pepper, Caramelized Lamb Cutlets with yuzu kosho, Chilean Sea Bass with miso crema, and Kagoshima A5 Wagyu selections.

The luxury experience continues with caviar and oysters service, caviar & nuggets boxes, and an impressive champagne program featuring labels such as Dom Pérignon, Cristal, Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque, Ace of Spades, and Rare Champagne.
