In celebration of World Martini Day on June 15th, we had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful dinner at Crudo, located inside the luxurious Four Seasons Surfside. The event was organized by Bar Manager, Jonathan Gabbay in collaboration with N°3 Gin. It featured the culinary expertise of Chef Marco Calenzo, who gave us a sneak peek of his new menu that is now available.
The evening began with a warm welcome and some exquisitely crafted dry martinis. These refreshing drinks set the perfect tone for what was to come. We then moved into the private dining room, where the ambiance was both intimate and elegant.
The highlight of the night was the 4-course menu, which was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was not only delicious but also creatively presented, featuring a variety of exotic ingredients. To complement the food, we enjoyed a series of delicious Martinis, all masterfully created by Battender Cole Giammanco.
