Hollywood Beach is gearing up for one of South Florida’s most anticipated culinary events as SAVOR SoFLO returns on March 29-30, 2025. This year’s festival promises to be bigger and better than ever, marking its fifth anniversary while coinciding with two major milestones—the 100th anniversary of the City of Hollywood and the 10th anniversary of Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort.
Nestled along the sun-kissed sands of the iconic Hollywood Broadwalk, SAVOR SoFLO has built a reputation as a premier gastronomic celebration, bringing together an exquisite fusion of gourmet cuisine, fine wines, craft beers, and premium spirits. Under two expansive tents covering over 25,000 square feet, festivalgoers will embark on a culinary journey while soaking in breathtaking oceanfront views.
Beyond its world-class food and drink offerings, SAVOR SoFLO remains committed to sustainability. In collaboration with the City of Hollywood, all vendors utilize compostable or biodegradable materials, ensuring a minimal environmental footprint while preserving the beauty of Hollywood Beach.
This year’s festival lineup offers an array of must-experience moments, including:
Interactive Cooking Demonstrations: The San Pellegrino Cooking Stage will feature an impressive roster of culinary talent, including local and nationally renowned chefs.
Dance After Party at Margaritaville Bandshell: From 4 PM to 6 PM, guests can dance the evening away at the ultimate beachside celebration, featuring live DJs and a vibrant party atmosphere.
Star-Studded Chef Appearances: Attendees can expect live cooking demonstrations and tastings from Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay winner Chef Rosana Rivera and Chef Ricardo Castro (The Chef & The Baker), along with exclusive tastings at the Royal Rice Pavilion.
VIP Spirits Lounge: Sponsored by Publix Liquors, this exclusive experience will offer freshly crafted Bacardi Classic Piña Colada cocktails in a tropical tiki bar setting.

Tickets are now available at www.savorsoflo.com. General admission tickets are priced at $115, while VIP tickets are $145, granting early entry at 12 PM and access to the Publix Liquors VIP Spirits Lounge. Both ticket tiers include unlimited tastings, live entertainment, and a beachfront festival experience from 1 PM to 4 PM. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Glam-A-THON and Gilda’s Club South Florida, organizations dedicated to supporting breast cancer patients in need of mental health and wellness resources.
