Founder Danilo Bozovic, alongside partners Jason Tune, Jesus Perez, and Marta Valdes, is bringing his unique vision and multi-award-winning cocktails to eager patrons in a new, vibrant setting. The Newburgh Sour: A refined mix of Harleston Green Scotch, black tea-infused Amaro Montenegro, and citrus, with light smoke and nutmeg aromas. Medium-bodied with a dry finish, it’s smooth and balanced by sweet-sharp spices
The Besame Mucho: A perfect balance of smoky, funky, and tart flavors, highlighted by a touch of spice. Garnished with dry chili and a tajin rim.
Slivovitz Cocktail: A rich blend of Slivovitz plum brandy, plum wine, and Genepy des Alpes with herbal and citrus aromas. Medium-bodied and moderately dry, it delivers a balanced finish of citrus, plum, and anise.
