Prickly Pear Margarita

Bright, elegant, and subtly floral, this Prickly Pear Margarita balances citrus and agave with a soft fruit sweetness that feels refined yet playful. The vibrant color alone makes it celebration-ready.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Jaja Tequila Blanco

  • 0.75 oz Cointreau

  • 1.0 oz prickly pear purée

  • 0.5 oz agave syrup

  • 0.75 oz citrus syrup (lime juice)

Directions
Mix all ingredients, shake, and pour over ice cubes in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and salt rim.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz jalapeño-infused Dobel Diamante

  • 1 oz orange passionfruit cordial

  • 0.5 oz yuzu

  • 0.25 oz Grand Marnier

  • 0.25 oz Campari

Directions
Add ingredients to shaker tins. Shake and strain into a rocks glass.

For those drawn to smoke and spice, this Margarita layers mezcal depth with chili heat and tropical pineapple sweetness. Bold, aromatic, and unforgettable.
Ingredients
  • 1 oz mezcal

  • 1 oz tequila

  • 0.5 oz chili liqueur

  • 0.5 oz pineapple x serrano chili syrup

  • 0.5 oz lime juice

Directions
Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and mint sprig.
