IT’S NEGRONI WEEK!

On Negroni week, bars and restaurants worldwide celebrate  mixing classic Negronis and creative variations in support of Slow Food, which fosters a world in which everyone can enjoy food and beverage that is good for them, good for the people who produce it, and good for the planet. Here are some of the official Restaurants supporting Negroni Week. 

 

BEAKER & GRAY

For Negroni Week, Ben Potts and Joe Jebelean are creating a fun riff on a boulevardier using Coopers Craft bourbon.

BODEGA TAQUERIA Y TEQUILA

During Negroni Week, Bodega will be offering a $12 ‘Tropical Negroni’ featuring Mezcal, Giffard Pineapple, Toasted Coconut Campari, and Pune E Mes. Bodega’s Negroni specials will be available at their Coconut Grove and West Palm Beach locations inside the mezcaleria. 

CAFE LA TROVA 

For Negroni Week, Cafe La Trova will offer a special menu featuring five Negroni specials including: the Negroni Clásico ($14) with Ford’s Gin, Campari, and sweet Vermouth; Negroni Sbagliato ($15) with Campari, sweet Vermouth, and Prosecco; Mezcal Negroni ($14) with Mezcal Dos Hombres, Campari, and Mancino Kopi coffee Vermouth;  Boulevardier ($14) with Cooper’s Craft Bourbon, Campari, and sweet Vermouth; and the Frozen Negroni ($14)with Appleton Estate signature Rum, Campari, Mancino Kopi coffee Vermouth, orange & lime juice, and sugar. 

DRIFT at 1 Hotel 

Created by Anthony Lopez, The Fisher Island Negroni is a mix of Bulldog Gin, Organic Coconut Oil Washed Campari,  Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth, Coconut Water Cube

FIOLA

Fiola will be pouring a sorted selection of Negroni inspired cocktails all week. Guests will have a selection of 6 Negronis to choose from, or a flight of 3 Negronis to try them all. Chef Danny Ganem will also have Negroni inspired bites at the Fiola bar.

MO Bar + Lounge 

For Negroni Week, MO Bar + Lounge at Mandarin Oriental, Miami will feature a  creative, delicious Asian twist on the classic cocktail, Sakura (Cherry Blossom) Negroni ($24), made with Bombay Sapphire Gin, Campari, House made Sakura/Wine paste, and topped with cherry jelly flower. “Our Sakura Negroni offers a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness embodying the Chinese philosophical concept of Yin Yang: interconnected opposite forces working together in harmony! The quintessential aperitivo on a hot summer night, an invitation to all of your senses.” — Tamir Katsap, Director of Bar Operations.

ORILLA

We created a wonderful twist on a Negroni, the ” Brirroni del Alma” that features a delicious combination of Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Tulum and Macerated Summer Peaches. This refreshing cocktail will be only available for Negroni Week and a portion of the sales will be donated to ” Clean Miami Beach” a wonderful non profit organization that helps the beaches and the marine life of our city.
