IT Italian Trattoria Expands with 4th Location in Hollywood, FL

IT Italian Trattoria, a family-started, quick-service eatery has launched its latest spot in South Florida, near Hollywood Beach. Located next to Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort, the indoor/outdoor restaurant brings guests into a modern trattoria setting reminiscent of southern Italy’s coast, offering a lively atmosphere and a diverse menu of genuine Italian fare.

The company was established in 2014 by two brothers from Calabria, Renato and Gio Iera, and has grown to over 70 locations across Europe. In 2020, IT Trattoria opened its first U.S. restaurant on Collins Avenue in South Beach, followed by venues in New York City, Lincoln Road on Miami Beach and now Hollywood Beach.

“We’ve seen great success with our first three U.S. restaurants and are delighted to announce our first Broward County location,” said Edoardo Paredi, an IT Trattoria partner managing the brand’s U.S. growth. “We’re drawn to Hollywood Beach’s energetic vibe and aim to make the restaurant a go-to spot for both locals and tourists.”

The IT Trattoria menu showcases the tastes of the siblings’ upbringing in Calabria and their journeys through nearby Southern Italian regions. Popular dishes include Radiatore Del Capo with Sicilian cherry tomatoes and spianata calabrese; Rigatoni Tartufo with truffle cream and mushrooms; Pizza Regina topped with mozzarella, mushrooms, prosciutto cotto, arugula and more. IT Trattoria’s offerings change throughout the day. In the morning, patrons can savor fresh-baked pastries, Neapolitan coffee and freshly squeezed juices, ideal for customers in a hurry. For lunch and dinner, the menu features a range of homemade pasta and pizza, salads, and paninis.

Diners can also enjoy genuine Italian sweets like cannoli, tiramisu, and flavored croissants. To enhance the menu flavors, the eatery provides a full bar with a select list of specialty craft cocktails such as the IT Spritz featuring bergamot, prosecco, and soda water, as well as classics like the Negroni Sbagliato and various Italian wines and beers. Italian sodas including Molecola, Aranciata, and Limonata are also popular. To mark the opening, IT Trattoria Hollywood is offering a 2-for-1 Happy Hour on house brands daily.
