Rum and Cuisine: Mixology Night with Brugal at Dōma
Join Dōma for a memorable night of heritage and spirits featuring renowned Dominican Rum, Brugal. On Tuesday, October 15th at 8 PM, Dominican rum meets Italian flavors in a mixology class and 3-course dinner. This unique event promises to tantalize taste buds with a carefully selected range of premium rums and cocktails expertly matched with a gourmet meal created by Neapolitan Chef Marco Giugliano.
The evening includes a welcome drink, appetizer, three dishes, and three Brugal rum cocktails. The menu features a Hamachi Crudo with Ponzu, topped with edamame, avocado and onion mousses, shishito pepper, raspberry dust, and crisp bread. Next, a Filet Mignon with Black Truffle Crust comes with baby corn, celery root puree, basil sauce, porcini aioli, eggplant and mozzarella roll in port wine sauce. Dessert is a Dark Dōma, a chocolate mousse cake with passion fruit, raspberry chocolate bits, and house-made coconut sorbet.
